Tamanna is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering. Prior to joining UC Davis, she earned her B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh, and her M.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Her ongoing research is focused on exploring tensile ductility in high entropy alloys. In addition to her academic pursuits, Tamanna enjoys traveling and has a keen interest in learning about diverse cultures.
